The company has launched Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen tablets USP in the strengths of 5mg/325 mg, 7.5 mg/325 mg and 10mg/325 mg after receiving approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), Lupin said in a BSE filing.
The company's product is a generic version of Allergan Sales LLC's Norco tablets in the same strengths and is indicated for relief of moderate to moderately severe pain, it added.
As per IMS MAT June 2017 data, Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen tablets had annual sales of around USD 710 million.
