Lupin Q3 jumps nearly 41 per cent to Rs 483.74 crore

Drug major Lupin today posted a 40.86 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 483.74 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
It had posted consolidated net profit of Rs 343.38 crore in October-December quarter of previous fiscal.
Net sales of Lupin in Q3, 2013-14 rose to Rs 2,982.97 crore as against Rs 2,465.87 crore in the same period of previous fiscal.
Lupin scrip was trading at Rs 910.05 on the BSE in the late afternoon trade, up 3.17 per cent from its previous close.
