Mafia dumped coal seized

The police seized 34 tonne of coal illegally stocked by coal mafia in the forest areas of Giddi in Hazaribagh district, a police officer said today.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural) Hiralal Ravi said a team headed by him conducted raids and seized the illegal consignment last night.
Superintendent of Police Manoj Kaushik got information about coal being dumped by coal mafias, he said, adding the guilty were identified and an FIR had been lodged in this connection.
