"Accordingly, the company has sold the said property (a property of the company situated at Napean Sea Road, South Mumbai) upon the terms and conditions approved by the shareholders," the realty developer said in a filing to BSE.
The company in July last year had informed the bourses about the outcome of the 17th Annual General Meeting "covering inter-alia, the details of the resolution passed by the shareholders approving the transaction covering the sale of the property of the company..." it said.
