Mahto, Bhalla appointed as vice-chairmen of J'khand SDC

Ajsu party president and former deputy Chief minister of Jharkhand Sudesh Kumar Mahto and eminent economist Surjit Singh Bhalla were today appointed as vice-chairmen of the State Development Council.
Mahto and Bhalla will get the status of a Minister, an official release said here.
