Maintain separate register on implementation of projects:Rawat

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat has asked officials to maintain a separate register containing details of the implementation of projects announced by him and come prepared to review meetings.
Chairing a meeting here yesterday to review progress made on implementation of his announcements for Gangolihat, Kapkot and Bageshwar constituencies, Rawat said details of roads and bridges projects announced be entered into a separate register and officials should keep studying it periodically to update themselves about their status.
It will help them come prepared to review meetings, an official release quoted Rawat as saying.
Asking officials to speed up implementation of drinking water projects, the Chief Minister said small projects should be preferred so that they are completed in time.
