"The CM wanted to ensure that cent per cent funds were utilised and not a single paisa was returned to the Centre with projects completed ahead of the schedule to reach benefit to the people faster," Panchayat Minister Subrata Mukherjee said after a Group of Minister's meeting with the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Mukherjee said that Banerjee also suggested immediate implementation of all ongoing or pending projects under BRGF and submission of utilisation certificates without delay.
