The deceased were identified as Manoj Kumar (29), Nitin (6) and Shivani (4).
The mishap took place when the family was returning to Bawal after attending a social function at Gujjar Ghatal village, police said.
The driver of the truck, en route to Rewari, sped away after the accident.
While the two children died on the spot, Manoj succumbed to his injuries in a hospital at Dharuhera. His wife Suman is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
