Man arrested, 2 teens detained for knife attack in Thane

A 28-year-old man was arrested and two teenage boys detained for allegedly attacking a person with a knife on Saturday night, police said.

Babu Nadar (52) sustained serious injuries in the knife attack that took place in Thane East market and his condition is critical, a Kopri police station official said.

"We have arrested Haresh Telave, while the two boys, aged between 16-17 years, have been detained. An attempt to murder case has been registered," he said.
