Man arrested for celebratory firing death in UP

Following the death of a 12- year-old boy in celebratory firing at a wedding in Bilaspur here, police today arrested the bride's brother.
Vinod, 27, was held after Munir Hasan was killed in celebratory firing while watching the wedding event on Saturday.
Tension had gripped the village after the boy's death, police said.
