The accused, identified as Jasmuddin called the lawyer Vinod Singh yesterday over phone and introduced himself as the PA to the Rajasthan Health Minister Rajendra Rathore and said he has asked a doctor, who is treating Vinod's senior Bhawani Singh, to take good care of him.
Soon after, Jasmuddin called him again and said that he urgently needed Rs 3000 and that he will meet him near the district court's gate, police said.
