The victims, aged 14 and 10, had alleged that when the family was staying in Gurgaon, their step-father Sachin had assaulted them sexually, ACP Poonam Dalal said, adding, the family had recently shifted to Delhi.
A Gurgaon Police team arrested Sachin after being informed by the Delhi Police about the case, Dalal said.
Further investigation is being carried out by the Gurgaon police, she said.
