During a joint operation by the Medical department and police, Maduram alias Pawan Kumar was caught with the drugs in Kesrisinghpura village, they said.
Drug controller Manoj Tripathi said, a case has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, (NDPS) Act against him.
