Man charred to death after car catches fire

A man was charred to death when his car caught fire after an accident in the Sector-108 area here.
Two other persons travelling in the car also sustained burn injuries in the mishap took place last night, police said.
The accident occurred when a truck coming from opposite direction hit the car, after which it dashed into the pole and caught fire.
While Vineet died on the spot, co-passengers Rajkumar and Harshit were rescued by a passerby Rahisuddin, who pulled them out of the car.
They were taken to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable, police said.
