Ramphal shot his wife Kavita (33), son Nishant (11) and daughter Nikita (7) with a licensed revolver and then killed himself, Superintendent of Police, Abhishek Garg said, adding their bodies were recovered today.
A suicide note by Ramphal has been recovered in which eight persons have been accused of forcing him to take this extreme step, they said.
Dilbagh, Ramphal's brother, complained that his brother had sold his land to someone but after giving some of the amount they refused to pay up and threatened him.
Postmortem examination of the bodies have been conducted, they said, adding that, an investigation is on in the case.
