Sanjay Jain was a resident of Paharganj area, police said.
"The train was approaching Karol Bagh and going towards Noida when he jumped on the track at 8:21 PM. Jain's body has been taken out and services were restored," a DMRC official said tonight.
Police said that they have not got any suicide note from Jain's possession.
After the incident, traffic on the Dwarka-Noida City Centre blue line was disrupted and commuters faced a harrowing time as train began bunching due to the incident during peak hours.
