The body of 50-year-old Ram Gopal, a resident of Etah, was recovered near the emergency ward of the hospital last evening, college principal K K Gupta said today.
"A two-member committee has been formed to look into the matter which has been directed to submit an investigation report within two days. Investigations are on to find out if the death happened within or outside the premises," he added.
According to the Head of Medicine Branch, TVS Acharya, Ram Gopal was admitted to the hospital on August 29 and he left the hospital without permission the following day.
