Man gets 10 year RI for kidnapping and raping minor girl

A local court has sentenced a man to ten years of rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and raping a minor girl in the district in 2012.
The court of additional sessions judge P C Charma in the verdict on August 17 also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on Lovlesh Kanouje for committing the crime.
According to prosecution, Kanouje abducted the girl on his motorcycle from Risewada village on December 29, 2012, took her to Rabri village and raped her.
He was arrested on January 1.
The case was later submitted to the local court which completed the trial recently.
