Third Additional District Judge Ram Naresh awarded capital punishment to Naresh of Majra village who killed his brother Nihal Singh, his three sons, and a neighbour over a petty dispute.
Naresh was furious after Nihal drove his tractor through his filed on May 12, 2013.
One Anita, neighbour of Naresh, who tried to mediate was also killed by the accused.
An FIR was registered by Nihal's wife on the same day.
The Judge also slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 on the convict.
