Arvind Kumar Singh (SP) said in Rajya Sabha today that he has come across an instance where a man has been allotted a DDA flat marked for war widows.
Alleging irregularities in the recent draw of DDA flats, he cited another instance in which 10 flats were alloted to one person.
Raising the matter through a Special Mention, Singh demanded a CBI probe into the allotments.
"I demand a CBI inquiry into the alleged irregularities in draw of flats of DDA Housing Schemes, 2014," he said.
Vijila Sathyananath (AIADMK) demanded a legislation to include Dalit Christians in the list of Scheduled Castes.
D Bandhyopadhyay (TMC) demanded timely completion of pending national highway projects in West Bengal.
Tarun Vijay (BJP) wanted better infrastructure in Manipur to make the state an international knowledge hub.
