The accused, identified as Mohammed Raisuddin Sidiqui, a resident of Azad Colony locality in Hingoli, was arrested for suspected ISIS links, a senior ATS official said.
According to ATS sources, Siddiqui hails from Parbhani, from where three others have been arrested for suspected ISIS links.
Sidiqui's arrest comes a day after Shaikh Iqbal Shaikh Kabeer Ahmed (24) was arrested from Madina Nagar locality in Parbhani district, the official said.
On July 14, Naser bin Yafai Chaus (31), a suspected ISIS operative, was arrested in Parbhani. He was allegedly in touch with another wanted accused, Farooque, based in Syria, and was trying to influence the youth through social networking sites using different handles and profiles.
It led to the arrest of 24-year-old Shahid Khan from the district on July 24 on the charge of having links with the ISIS.
