"We have arrested one Mohammad Sajjad and recovered 27 kilograms of cannabis from him in Narwal area of Jammu city," a police official said.
We have also seized the vehicle in which the contraband was being smuggled, he said.
A case has been lodged against the accused under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and investigation is underway, the official said.
