The victim, identified as Chokden, had gone to McLeodganj to meet his friend when the incident took place last night, they said.
Additional Superintendent of Police Pankaj Sharma said thatthree accused, identified as, Mahesh, Kailash and Rinku, have been arrested in this connection and will be produced in the court today.
The situation in the area is under control, the ASP said.
