Man kills mother in Rajasthan

A 40-year-old man, who practised black magic, allegedly killed his mother at Bedabara village of Nagaur district here as he believed it would improve his life standard, police said today.
The deceased was identified as Bhanwari Devi, they said.
She was allegedly axed to death yesterday by her son Shravan, who was later arrested from an agriculture field.
The mother and the son worked as labourers under the MNREGA scheme.
Shravan is slightly mentally unstable, police said.
The accused was booked under Section 302 of IPC for murder, they said.
