Man kills wife in Jaipur

A 35-year-old woman was murdered
allegedly by her husband in Jawahar circle area here, police said today.
The accused husband Dinesh, aged around 38 years, killed his wife Kavita by a sharp-edged weapon last night in Saraswati Nagar locality, they said.
The incident came to light this morning, when Kavita's father-in-law found her body with the throat slit in her room, ACP Shalini Raj said.
"Reasons behind the murder are not clear. Primary investigation reveals that the accused was partially unemployed and has no source of regular income. He was also under mental stress for sometime," she said.
Parents of the slain woman have been informed about the incident and postmortem would be conducted soon, police said.

The absconding accused is being searched, she added.
