Man kills wife, self

A woman was today killed allegedly by her husband, who later apparently also hanged himself to death at his residence in Tagore Garden area in west Delhi, police said.
The deceased identified as Govind Ram Gundwani (45) and Nisha (42) had three children.
"Today, he allegedly slit his wife's throat and then hanged himself to death from a ceiling fan in the bedroom of his residence," the investigating officer said.
Police, however has not recovered any suicide note so far.
The incident was reported to the police by a relative who was staying at their place presently. It also emerged that Govind was reportedly depressed and was taking medicines.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem and the probe is on, the official added.
The couple ran a printing press shop in Rajouri Garden area.
