The deceased identified as Rahul Sharma, a resident of Jawahar colony, was killed when he was hit by a car near Surajkund road driven by an unidentified person, police said.
The deceased's relative, Sachin Sharma, a resident of SGM nagar filed a complaint of rash and negligent driving in this regard with the police, they said adding a manhunt has been launched to arrest the absconding accused.
