A mother of four children was
murdered by her husband allegedly over dowry in Rajasthan's Karauli district, police said today.
Sarvesh Devi (30) was attacked by a sharp-edged weapon by her husband, Gopal Chaudhary, at their house in Hindaun City area last night.
Gopal has been absconding since the murder, the police said.
The brother of the woman has alleged in an FIR that her husband and in-laws had been demanding dowry for some time.
She had been married for ten years and had four children, the police said, adding that a hunt is on for the accused.
