"The convict had kidnapped two sisters, aged 15 years and 13 years, who had come to stay with their grandmother at Chhijarsi in Noida, in 2012. He raped the elder sister for 10 days.
"He took the girls to Bulandshahar, Kanpur, Lucknow and Allahabad. Arvind was arrested from Allahabad on June 27, 2012 and the girls were rescued," he said.
