Man suspects friend of killing his brother, stabs him to death

A youth was stabbed to death allegedly by his friend who suspected him of having a role in murder of his brother two years ago, in Tilak Nagar area of west Delhi, police said today.
The incident happened around midnight last night when Shera took out his friend Balbeer, 23, who was at his home in Guru Nanak Nagar Colony.
Later, Shera informed Balbeer's family that he was stabbed by someone and admitted to a hospital.
When the family members went to the hospital doctors told them Balbeer had died due to excessive bleeding.
Police reached the hospital around 3.30 am and carried out preliminary enquiry.

Police said Shera had himself admitted Balbeer to the hospital after allegedly stabbing him in his thigh.

Balbeer, however, died at the hospital due to excessive blood loss.
Shera is absconding and efforts are on to apprehend him.
Preliminary enquiry revealed that Shera suspected Balbeer of having a role behind murder of his brother two years ago although they were on talking terms, said a police officer.
