Addressing a gathering on the occasion, Singh said with rise in crimes against women, a fast track court was needed to deal with such cases and to deliver justice without delay.
The function was attended by Manipur High Court Chief Justice Rakesh Ranjan, state law minister L Jayantakumar Singh, other judges of the high court and Advocate General of Manipur.
