Manipur militant of PREPAK (VC) cadre held

Manipur police commandos apprehended an active cadre of the proscribed PREPAK (VC), a press release said.
The militant who was nabbed from Forest Gate in Bishnupur district on Monday has been identified as 39-year-old Ningthoujam Uttam Singh.
Police said the cadre was involved in extortion from the general public and businessman.
