Superintendent of Police Anjani Jha said that the arrests were made from Piri jungle under Simaria police station area after security personnel conducted a raid following a tip off.
The arrested self-styled area commanders were identified as Rajesh alias Bandhan Ganju and Hira Ganju,
Seven firearms and over 400 rounds of ammunition were recovered from their possession.
Mobile phones and Rs 56,710 in cash were also seized from them, Jha said.
