Maoist operative arrested in Garhwa

A self-styled Maoist zonal commander, having a reward of three lakh rupees on his head, was today arrested at Ambakoraiya village in Garhwa district, the police said.
"Krishna Yadav alias Badal is facing 38 cases, including the killing of 13 policemen in Latehar district three years ago," Superintendent of Police Sudhir Kumar Jha told reporters here.
Yadav was arrested following a tip-off, he added.
