Maoists lock up homes of four policemen

The Maoists locked up homes of four policemen in Palamau district.
A group of 35 rebels of the CPI (Maoist) went to the houses of the policemen residing at Mayapur village of the district last night and locked their houses, Officer-in- Charge of Naudiha Bazaar police station Dayanand Sahu said here today.
A poster pasted on one of the locked houses warned that the Maoists would "also harass" families of the policemen if the later "harassed" any of the kins of the rebels, Sahu said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar said security would be provided to the family members of the police personnel.
