The Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband, who has been dating the model on-and-off since 2012, proposed back in March, reported Us magazine.
The couple are apparently set to marry in mid-November in the Dominican Republic.
The marriage will not only mark the 46-year-old singer's third time tying the knot, but also add another kid to his already-big brood - De Lima's seven-year-old son Daniel.
The 'Rain Over Me' hitmaker is already father to twins Max and Emme, six, whom he shares with ex-wife Lopez.
He also has four kids from his previous relationships with Dayanara Torres and Debbie Rosado: Cristian, 13, Ryan, 11, Ariana, 20, and Chase.
