Anthony and de Lima confirmed the news Sunday, saying their decision to separate was mutual, reported E! online.
"After much consideration, we have mutually and amicably decided to end our two year marriage. We ask for privacy during this difficult process, and no further comments will be made from either one of us about this personal matter," the two said in a statement.
They have no children together. De Lima has a 9-year-old son from a previous relationship.
Anthony has been married twice before. He and first wife and Puerto Rican actress Dayanara Torres were married for four years before they divorced in 2004. They share two sons.
Anthony and Lopez have remained friendly since their split and even shared a kiss onstage at the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards. They also continued to work together; he is producing a new Spanish-language album for her. The record is set to be released in 2017.
