Actor Mark Wahlberg has said he plans to direct a movie and might make his directorial debut next year.
The 46-year-old actor said the project is based on a true story and has shared the script with director Peter Berg, who is also interested in helming the project.
"It's either going to happen this time next year, or maybe five years from now, who knows? But maybe this time next year," Wahlberg told Collider.
"I have one specific project that I'm thinking about. It takes place in Wisconsin. It's a true story," he added.
