According to police, the accused persons, Anoop Mishra (30), his wife Komal (30) and his brother in law Sunny Aswani (28), used to get accommodations on forged documents.
Thereafter they would procure electronic appliances from showrooms on monthly instalments by submitting fake documents and later change their addresses.
In the past few months, the trio allegedly managed to cheat showroom owners and procure electronic goods that range from LED television sets to iPhones, police said.
While Anoop has an MBA degree, Komal graduated from the University of Delhi, they added.
