Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has been served with a lawsuit by a paparazzo who accuses the rocker of purposefully hitting him with his car.
The Coldplay frontman and his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow dined at a Los Angeles restaurant and as they were leaving in Martin's Jeep, photographer Richard Terry alleges the singer struck him with his vehicle as he drove away from the eaterie, reported TMZ.
Another snapper released photos of the incident, which show Terry seemingly running up to Martin's car just as he was attempting to turn onto the street. Additional pictures show Terry lying on the ground being tended to by medics.
Now, 11 months after the incident, Terry has served Martin
with a lawsuit, alleging Martin has "a significant history of repeated and ongoing violent acts against entertainment news people," and purposefully hit him with his car because of his dislike of paparazzi.
Terry also calls out Martin for allegedly immediately leaving the scene instead of helping him.
