The stock zoomed 9.05 per cent to end at Rs 191.05 on BSE. During the day, it soared 10.95 per cent to Rs 194.40 -- its 52-week high.
At NSE, shares of the company jumped 8.64 per cent to close at Rs 191.10.
In terms of volume, 9.62 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over 46 lakh shares changed hands at NSE during the day.
Mastek today posted a net profit of Rs 11.23 crore for the October-December quarter of this fiscal.
Total income from operations, however, declined to Rs 126.12 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 137.79 crore in October-December 2015 quarter.
