The 45-year-old actor will guest star in two back-to-back episodes of the Showtime comedy series later this month, reported Vraiety.
Perry will play Tyler Bishop, a lawyer and pathological liar who is about to be disbarred and turns to Kudrow's Fiona for help.
His first appearance is due to air on January 14, with the second following on January 21.
Christina Applegate, who played Jennifer Anniston's sister Amy Green in 'Friends', is also scheduled to appear in 'Web Therapy' this month.
Her character, Jenny Bologna - a reputation 'fixer' who offers Fiona help with public relations damage control - will also feature for two episodes on January 21 and 28.
