There were 390 complaints against Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International airport, followed by 169 against Jaipur airport and 149 against Mangalore airport among the 73 operational aerodromes in the country, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha said in Lok Sabha today.
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) takes immediate corrective steps to resolve the complaints as and when received, he said.
"The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) and Customer Satisfaction Index Survey reports are analysed and deficiencies observed in the survey reports are taken up on priority by AAI and Central Head Quarter with the respective airports for corrective action," Sinha said.
