Medium sugar recovers in listless trade

Medium sugar prices recovered marginally in an otherwise listless Vashi wholesale market due to mild demand from stockists and retailers.
While, small sugar ruled steady in absence of any other large-scale buying activity.
Medium sugar (M-30) edged up by Rs 2 per quintal to Rs 3,642/3,960 from last Saturday's close at Rs 3,640/3,960.
Small sugar (S-30) closed unchanged at Rs 3,550/3,795.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,550/3,795 (Rs 3,550/3,795).
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,642/3,960 (Rs 3,640/3,960).
