According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Murray, who started serving his sentence in 2011, has left the prison.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Mark Pope said Murray left the prison at 12:01 am local time on Monday, Ace Showbiz reported.
Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering Propofol to a sleep deprived Jackson that took his life. He was sentenced to four-year term in 2011 but was released early due to good behavior.
Murray's medical licenses have been suspended or revoked after his 2011 conviction.
