Currently the film is under pre-production and has been titled, "Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland", reported Aceshowbiz.
The venture is based on the 2014 book called "Remember the Time: Protecting Michael Jackson in His Final Days".
This book has been penned by two of Jackson's bodyguards, Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard.
The authors talk about how they protected the King of Pop and his family in his final years.
Navi, who is touted as the world's most prominent Michael Jackson's impersonator, will star in the film.
Jackson died at 50 in 2009, when he was rehearsing for the comeback shows.
The shooting of the TV movie will begin in Los Angeles in February.
