According to a real estate blog 6sqft, the 34-year-old 'Brokeback Mountain' actress sold her Boerum Hill brownstone for USD 8.8 million, reported Ace Showbiz.
She and Ledger bought the property which features six bedrooms, a laundry room, custom wine cellars, a three-car garage and landscaped roof deck back in 2005 reportedly for USD 4.4 million.
After Ledger passed away in 2008, she and their daughter Matilda continued living in the house. It was first listed in September for USD 7.5 million. The mother and daughter reportedly are now going to reside in Los Angeles to support her movie career.
