A total of 23,748 participants will take centerstage along with World half-marathon champion, Peres Jepchirchir, Gladys Chesir, the fastest women in 10K, clocking 30:41 at the Berlin 10K.
World 10K defending champion Mosinet Geremew and former World Record holder in the marathon, Patrick Makau, will be other participants, he added.
