The three dined on Friday night at Laurel Hardware in West Hollywood, California, reported E! Online.
"They all looked like they were having a great time-enjoying engaging conversation and laughing. It looked like Maria and Miley got along really well," said an eyewitness.
The source said the rumoured couple displayed affection for each other.
"I saw her put her arm on his shoulder and then he put his arm around her. They were smiling a lot. Miley and Patrick were really cute together. They look like they are genuinely in love," the eyewitness said.
