The 22-year-old singer is set to throw a party and thinks asking Moss' 12-year-old daughter Lila Grace would convince the star to attend the bash, reported Femalefirst.
"Kate's promised she'll try and juggle her commitments. She knows Lila would love to spend new year partying at Miley Cyrus' house," a source said.
Moss has been spotted enjoying a night out with Cyrus in past at cabaret club Madame JoJo's in London's Soho this May.
